This applies to software licensed via legacy Zemax licenses. Legacy Zemax licenses include all USB-based licenses, licenses with 5-digit numeric serial numbers (e.g. 22000), and 6-digit alpha-numeric serial numbers beginning with "L" or "T" (e.g. L100000). Each Zemax legacy license may have one assigned administrator, though any license admin has rights to administer other licenses in your organization.
To name a new license administrator for one or more Zemax licenses, please contact sales@zemax.com and request the administrator change form. Have the new administrator fill out and submit the form. You will need the license number you are changing, the new admin's name and email address.
